As part of the Mason Carey group the construction division has the facility to work with our own in-house surveyors, and architectural technicians and we have close contact with structural engineers and specialist contractors.
We are able to take a project from concept through the design and scheme development phase, obtain relevant planning permissions and specify the works and applicable building regulations. In house surveyors can carry out any necessary party wall works, over sail licences or structural proposals. The construction team can then build out a project to completion whilst managing the process with relevant sub-consultants or local authorities.
